Under the 14 Talisman board, it is stated that Crush skip is not allowed.

It is not faster, but it is not banned. If somebody wanted to skip into Crush back when 14 Talisman was Any%, their run wouldn't be rejected or break any rules. When Gulp skip was found, 14 Talisman was kept and the GULP skip restriction was put on it. This was translated wrong into the rules.

I mean Jumpy is right but does it really matter? Who in their right mind is gonna do 14 tali with a Crush skip? Might as well leave the rules how they are to avoid people trying to be "epic".

It's an unnecessary restriction, and shouldn't be in the rules. It goes against how the category came about. It's almost like the mods are too new to understand why the category exists in the first place.

Honesty I don't care much for the new moderators. The rules they implement decimate the sacred grounds of Spyro 2 Riptoes Rage speedrunning that Touval helped colonize.

Even if it was faster (which it is not), it wouldn't be a category. 14 Talisman exists to be the fastest non gulp skip category.
