I might have found something. I'd need to repeat it tho and catch it on record.
I feel like if you manage to trigger a fight when using fastpass, you get teleported with a speed boost until you get into a cinematics.
Yeah i also witnessed the speed glitch in my first playthrough and shadow played it. here it is: https://streamable.com/08yu5 at the end of the clip after the cutscene the speed is normal so you can compare.
