The rules against overclocking in emulators are kinda silly, because of the following fact.
X360 version is an overclocked emulation and it's already on the leaderboard.
Specifically if you do a 200% cpu overclock, and speed up the cdrom to 4x it's original speed (so 8x), you get the same performance as it.
Having x360 version on the same leaderboard as console really isn't fair, because of the built-in overclocks.
Going over 200% overclock indeed breaks things at a certain point, but a 200% overclock and the cdrom speedup i mention gives parity with the x360 version.
