In 11 exit glitchless, when I get to star world 1 is "spin thru wall" allowed?

They're allowed but if you're a new player you might find it a little difficult to pull that off without dying, you can clip inside an actual wall and that kills the Mario. In the other hand if you really know who to do them then go for it, it saves time!
