Also, If it's first frame of full white fading to the actual level, then the time was 15.500 (my original timing was 15.15). So either way my timing was inaccurate but it's not hard to retime when I know what I'm doing, I just don't know what I'm doing.

I also have no idea how to use the codes with mupen, I can't find anything that shows it working with anything other than mobile mupen... everything else I find seems to imply that it doesn't work.
