On 1-3, to get the most speed possible, you have to do a small jump over a Koopa, which is too hard for me to do. Can I have any help?

That jump is way harder than it looks. My cue for it is to do the smallest tap possible at the moment i get my 3rd pspeed increment.

Since I'm so horrible at timing things, I'm trying to jump at when the p meter reaches the 2nd increment, which gets me there ~8% of the time.
