Recently sony released R4 on Psplus Premium, i did some runs on it and it's obvious that the game is emulated by sony's emulator, so my doubt is: How do I submit a run? any%(console) or emulator?

That would be Any% console. The mods have just recently added the PS4/5 option, so you can select them for your runs.

Yay, we need to compare the performance between these emulators.

Officially released on platform is by default a console run.
