Run starts at 10:24 in the video. It's performed on DeSmuME v0.9.11 with an extra shoulder button assigned to left mouseclick for partnerjumps. Anything else is on standard layout as it would be on the DS.

Not actually my PB, but since I can't capture the 3DS, this has to do for now.
