You may want to play the game first casually with the dialogue, to enjoy the "story", but ideally you want to do speedruns with dialogues options turned OFF to save lot of time.

I managed to clip under the spikes in level 3 by dashing right before npc starts talking and moving the camera up and over right as I hit the spikes but I couldnt get it again and it wouldnt really save any time either.
