Im doing glitchless jabu jabu and I dont know when to start the time. I've been doing practice runs starting when the screen fades to black after Jabu eats the fish. Am I starting the time wrong?

Clip into a Jabu instead as it lets you control the fadeout better, timing starts when you touch the loading zone.
