Its allowed on mobile. On pc its illegal. On console its impossible
I doubt it would save much time anyways, Java resets are way faster and while theoretically there would be less impact on performance because of how optimized Bedrock is, it just doesn’t seem practical. Hopefully one day it becomes more viable.
tl;dr: Bedrock multi-instance isn’t all that fast or practical rn, maybe it will become useful in the future
i tried multi instancing on my phone, no performance issues by any means, but very slow to be worth using
