can i submit the video proof through instagram? cause i dont really want to create a yt channel
Can we download runs from instagram? Are Instagram videos permanent? I am not familiar with the platform at all
I have the same questions as troll as I don't really use social media. Your best bet is to upload it to youtube (you should already have a channel if you have a gmail email) as I personally time runs by downloading them and reuploaded them as unlisted on youtube, and I'm not really sure how downloading videos from instagram would work. If you really dont want to go the youtube route you could always upload the file to a file sharing site like mega or google drive
I mean i guess you can use it but its really easy to create a youtube channel or just stream on twitch
