The first door is recommended to go on the left side, because on the right side you can run the risk of getting stuck.
The second goes in the pillar on the right side for you use the reference point of the door seen in the image:
Just keep trying several times until you get used to it, because your runs can die because of level, for having 3 moments of oob and very complicated that even if you are a veteran runner you can miss the moment you least expect.

Regarding the Patch
Because this patch has some Enhancements and Mods options.
When you open the file it already has the problems fixed.
Just paste the directory of the folder where the game is installed and paste in the “Manhunt Path” option.
