Going back and forth on final staircase is fun but tedious. I decided to investigate this place some more. I found this skip, which saves around 5 seconds.

So you need to go up all 4 staircases in the white room. Sprint to jump over the gap between bridge and metal bars over the pipes. Run carefully on pipe (don't fall inbetween the pipes - you'll get yourself softlocked there). Jump down without sprint so you don't hit the walls or pipes on the way down (everything in the shaft have strange collisions which will stop your fall, even the walls!). ??? Profit!
