So there are specific times at which lighting works in this game, it isn't RNG, just timing based. So here are the times for the lighting to work in both frames and their converted time into seconds:

(These times are from pressing the A button to start the file after the reset)

Frames: ~Seconds (This uses 60fps, GBC uses 59.7275006) 240 = 4 243 = 4.05 258 = 4.3 261 = 4.35 264 = 4.4 267 = 4.45 276 = 4.6 279 = 4.65 288 = 4.8 291 = 4.85 294 = 4.9 297 = 4.95 300 = 5 303 = 5.05 336 = 5.6 339 = 5.65 342 = 5.7 345 = 5.75 348 = 5.8 351 = 5.85 354 = 5.9 357 = 5.95 360 = 6 363 = 6.05 372 = 6.2 375 = 6.25 384 = 6.4 387 = 6.45

Not going to make a gigantic list of this, this should do.

Changes to Emulator Rules

Hey everyone, it was found that using Bizhawk for HP2GBC seems to save time on text mashing (my assumption is less lag), the exact amount it saves is unknown but it seems to be between 10 to 15 seconds throughout the run.
