i guess the "no traffic" cheat is duping, but many players use it in races.

Cheats are not allowed in speedruns. I assume you're talking about this? You see, it's a glitch not a cheat so it's allowed. Also you'll notice that those two have a yellow icon in their radars due to starting blood-bowl x3 to remove traffic if you look closely :)

You can use it in races as well.

If you are interested in doing the no traffic glitch without getting blips, there are ways around it. You can start around ~~ 30 trucking instances, after that the trucks spawned should be partially unsolid. After that start about 4 more instances and fail all those instances by shooting the Trucks. The unsolid vehicles will remain and you will not get traffic until you get rid of all of them (save and load or destroying all of them). When you get rid of them you also get rid of the blue blips.

Imagine doing this setup and then failinh miserably. My guess is that no more vehicles can be loaded.

Shrouwehkuggah, since now you are back, and while you were away GTA SA record book v2.0 was locked, do you plan on starting record book V3.0? There you can have your set of rules.
