There is a glitch which involves an ice block sliding in the opposite direction to how you pushed it.

In order to get the glitch to work, when you push the block, pause a few frames before it hits anything and stops moving. By pausing (Either through Save or Main Menu) the block will slide in the opposite direction.

In theory, it is possible to clip through objects, but this needs to be tested to see if it is worth doing in a run.
