I want to know about emulators allowed to play this game. I know about retroarch, but i need more specific informatin. And what about snes9x for Ubuntu, it is allowed?

I've always used Snes9x v1.53 for Windows without any problems. Not sure if there are any that are banned for other games.

Snes9X 1.53 for Linux is fine. We don't have a list with the approved ones, but the general rule is: if it emulates lag correctly and runs at 100% speed or less, it's ok.
