Well, nothing prevents you from submitting your run on this site. If your run is legit and indeed faster than the current 1st place on the leaderboard, then congratulations! You will be in first place instead.
I don't see what the complaint is about.
This seems like one of those guys who wants us to use the "Fastest Known Completion On The Site But Not In Reality Because Some Other Better Run Is Buried In A Dark Corner Of The Internet" acronym or whatever it is
Well, what did you expect? That moderators will go out of their way to see if someone posted a speedrun somewhere on the internet?
While game moderators can do that, it is not their responsibility. Also, first place on the leaderboards in speedrun.com doesn't necessarily mean first place in the world, but without any video proof you can't really do something about it.
Just submit your speedrun here.
I think you are confused - SR.C isn't an aggregator website that trawls the internet for every single runthrough of every single game ever performed and recorded on the internet.... the "world record" here is just the fastest time that has been submitted here.
If you have a faster time not on SR.C - good for you.
If you want the fastest time on SR.C - submit your run here. This website never claimed to be a collection of the fastest times in the world like some kind of records committee. It relies on YOU submitting your run if you even want to be recognised here in the first place. A lot of people don't care so never submit runs that are faster than those that are on here.
Absolutely fine :) it would only be an issue if you and Drake were to have an argument about who is faster or who got their run before the other. But while this website tries its best to be a place for people to submit their runs, some choose not to so it is not a case of "the #1 run here is categorically the fastest", it is just that it is the fastest run that has been submitted here :)
Oh thank you so much :) Axel and Skate definitely, Blaze possibly with a bit of work. I don't think I'll go for sub 50 any time soon but I'd encourage anyone else to try it, especially Axel!
