I recommend tokyo 2020 it has started to pick up more players are running the game.

You can start with ones that you have the most experience then with the ones you like the most and lastly with one you have less experience.

Mario games are good to start with but i don't think the records will be easy to beat (Please correct me here if i'm wrong)
