1st video is more beginner friendly on how to complete a run that doesn't include 7th Heaven Skip.
The most recent route skipping 7th Heaven and all of the skips covered along with item/shop explanations that go with it. This video also explains the new warp methods after leaving Midgar. I recommend learning this run after you are comfortable with the Midgar section and are able to get preemptive Aps consistently, and avoid making other mistakes during the run as this route will be pretty unforgiving for newer runners.
