Can someone please explain to me how the chaugnar bug is allowed in the no bug category? it literally saves about 30 minutes and its obviously a bug 

Yes, I can explain that. The soul farm glitch can only be used in endings C and B. If we add a glitchless category, a glitchless End A run would be exactly the same as an NMG End A run. The same applies to Obelisk% and Heartless%. That is why we only got 2 categories in termina.
I changed the names of the categories to make them more consistent with their rules.
And the category was called "No Major Glitches", not "Glitchless", which implies that some glitches are allowed. Also the soul farm glitch only saves about 8-10 minutes.
