What emulators are allowed to run Evil Dead on Dreamcast? I tried using Flycast but the Roms have white polygons everywhere in the gameplay making it unplayable. Only emulator that seems to work is redream for me, but it doesn't seem to have any lag like the dreamcast has.

Anything is totally fine. Demul is the best Dreamcast emulator from my own personal experience.
