I saw other runs that use this so I think that you can do it, even my Snowgrave run uses this and it was verified (I don't have too much experience so maybe I'm wrong but that would surprise me on this case) I hope this helps.

Yes, it works on every chapter, but completing the chapter once is required.

This IGT only makes a difference to the All Chapters categories, removing the time spent switching between chapter 1 and chapter 2
