Will be posting more optimizations when I am certain on consistency. This pathing is slightly faster but could save more time if you found a faster way of scaling to the higher pipes behind the railing more quickly. This may actually save more along the lines of 5s since I've only timed the pathing as being about 1-2s faster. One thing to look out for when doing the climb is to try to hug the left edge of the walls and then center yourself when you go behind the wall for the last chain of walljumps, otherwise you will bonk on the bottom of the pipes.

Found what I think is a better approach to the 2nd newsroom area. This approach can probably also be applied to NG but just throw a grenade at the top area instead of the lower area off the jump and then shoot the gunners far off and teleport-shoot the remaining ones near the door.

I'd really like to figure out a fast way to do this climb. There's some debris you can jump off of which is quicker but it's semi consistent. If performed optimally I think it could save between 5-8s

Found out a fast stealth cycle is possible. Is difficult and rng dependent but if you get fast animations can save ~5s

At least a second or so save if done optimally. Not super hard but your hovers need to be on point. If a faster way to get to the last platform was discovered it would save a lot more time as the hover is somewhat slow.
