The jump height is rather extreme but it’s restricted with very limited forward movement, however even with the slightest downwards slope you’ll gain a large amount of speed in the forward direction (of where you are facing not the camera)
Details about Timing
Timer overlay is recommended preferably through livesplit, or just a generic stopwatch, however since the game runs in full screen if you are unable to apply a proper RTA timer of some form, they’ll be manually retimed to account for no timer present, or if the timer seems off from the game speed.
