I actually just started trying to do that, not in one sitting, but over a little bit of time. Because theoretically, even if you had a 5 cps, which is really good over a long period of time, it would take 55 hours of just straight clicking. Right now, I'm at 40,000. for some context, a Final Fantasy VII speedrunenr known as KartSeven did a 24 hour run of cookie clicker with only clicking. They only got to about 1XX,000 clicks in that amount of time. With a fast click method you could do it in a day no problem, but it would literally take a week or more of left clicks non stop.
