How do you guys do so much damage to final Zurg with each shot. It takes me 3 times as many shots as you guys take with the same weapon to kill him. I lost around 2 minutes in that one split in my any% run and I can't figure out how you did that. Could somebody please explain?

It seems completely random, it was theorized that shooting him some certain way gets the explosion locked into his hitbox.

But yea when cyber got that one shot kill it was insane, I couldn't replicate it. But it ends up losing time anyways cause no GAC's to buy weapons/upgrades

nah I'm talking in second phase. First phase isn't that long.

IDK I honestly just wing it everytime, Zurg is an idiot lol
