Difficulty switches?
I just noticed that the rules make absolutely no mention of the state of the difficulty switches. One switch makes the dragons bite faster, the other switch makes the dragons run from the sword.

Good question. I expect most runs have been with the default settings. That should be made explicit in the rules. If they haven't, we have a problem.

Leaderboard Retiming
Starting soon after new years, all runs will be retimed. Many runs from the past have been timed incorrectly leading to a lot of leaderboard inaccuracies, even at the top level.
