Is there any chance we can get categories set up for high Entropy runs?

Also, are there any rules or restrictions on using the challenge Entropy effects during AUAE runs?

Also also, would using a file that hasn't unlocked Mind Upgrades qualify for NUNE? Or do you have to have it unlocked but have put nothing in it?
