This strat is possible in my Any% route and costs like 10 seconds to setup but the strat saves around 2 minutes compared to my PB.

this will give you almost 24K the rest of the money comes from stealing cars and hacking people for money here and there.
then go to the 3D printer and buy the sniper whilst waiting for the virus to appear before Hackerwar this costs no time.
Two more things to note for this strat and mission. First you don't need to kill the dude when doing the money grind just give him a phone call then go to the camera. Last of all you can just shoot Pablo in the head through the window in the door.
