So I had a really good pace for me going into Poseidon's Temple and a dang rock hit me out of the screen change zone...

Is shooting the sword while crouching really just holding down, hitting b and then switching to up really fast or is there some easier way to do it? I can do it kind of consistently when I'm the room before the last boss but as soon as I get in that room I really have trouble pulling it off. Maybe I just need way more practice but it's killin my thumb.
