Hello! I just got the game again after a few years and wanted to look into the speedrun. Are the notes for console and pc generally the same or are there any key differences I should know? I'd be on base ps4 for reference and the guides I find on youtube are for the pc version so I thought I'd ask before I try to grind for lower times

Figured I would ask. I was looking to start running the game, but I don't have the money to get a capture device for my 3DS and buy the game. Are all emulators banned or would it be fine to use them?

Does timing go by RTA or IGT? I'm having trouble syncing up Livesplit to my version of the game (PS3) or it constantly falls out of sync. Just want to make sure i'm doing the right timing before I submit a full run
