As of now, no one has done this category. Gravity coil is not allowed in any%, runs using the gravity coil must be in the gears% category.

He is not cheating in any way. This is just how the hitboxes in the game work.

Livesplit is a good option. You can create splits as well to compare against past attempts. http://livesplit.org/

Simply because no one has ran the level. The way the leaderboards are displayed on speedrun.com is that all of the levels are shown, despite if no one has done a run on a specific level.

OBS isn't that great if your PC doesn't perform well. If your computer really is that slow, you can just use a mobile device of some sort to record, as long as it's reasonably visible.

The problem isn’t so much the recording quality as it is the gameplay. Your character seems to be glitching forward sporadically, and moving slower than normal. The inconsistent player speed could affect your time, you should look into fixing this.

I'd recommend making a google spreadsheet or something along the lines of that as this seems pretty unorganized so far.

There's no need to stream your tournament match. If you want to, you can but if it's inconvenient then I'd suggest don't.
