why in runs air speed cap dont work?

i submitted a 36s labyrinth 2 run but this run is rejected why Proof was not shown stating you did IL attempt on Genesis Plus GX but in rules of the category is this please provide a timestamp in the run description of where this is shown. i provided an timestamp in the description and the run was rejected!!!!
