I noticed in the cod 4 rules that you are allowed to customize parts of the player character like gloves in some games and I was wondering how I could do this myself

No + this argument to add levels has been going on forever at this point. If you want to run levels there's a dedicated channel in the discord server. If not the best chance you have is to run the levels in the rom hack super mr krabs

@JustRetroAndy lol many games/runs have you do something before you start time what is your point here, as stated there are categories where glitches/cheats are allowed and glitchless where glitches/cheats are not allowed. if you want to do glitchless go for it but don't discourage the other categories just because its something different.
