In my opinion epilogue should not be needed to finish in any%. Any thoughts on it mods?

I added timers to the OpenSyobon so splits are more accurate. First line in stdout.txt that other than 0 or 1 or 3 or 6 is RTA time and other one is IGT. Doesnt have support for individual levels right now other than level 4. Compiled with other version of libs so dlls are also bundled. Windows 32bit only builds right now!
