If you have an NVIDIA card you can always record with shadowplay. Records the entire screen but it's a great recorder.
Just a reminder (doesn't have to do with shadow run); games that are in development will NOT be added. Reasons for this is that the game can change any time. The excuse runners had for Robot64 is that it was a demo version and wouldn't change... well guess what happened. It was updated and 8 new ice creams were added, changing the game entirely.
Furthermore, it would be appreciated if you would not ask for moderator on leaderboards that have not yet been added. If you want mod you'll just have to ask the moderator of the boards WHEN ITS ADDED.

Why would you need a emu category? Just get the game, it's not that expensive
USB Loaders have inconsistent load times. They cannot be allowed in runs. And imo, an emu category is not needed.
And by video he means run. Any submitted games without a run linked with it WON'T be accepted.
