Don’t let this deter you from doing runs. By all means do your Switch run and then write it in your description that you’ve used Switch, this will usually give the mod the kick needed. Some dislike adding platforms until there’s a run done however this may off put potential runners.
I say all this cause a year ago I was always posting “hey add switch” or “hey add NESClassic” but now I’ve got some more experience and knowledge on the topic.
That’s fantastic news! Can we still have a look at your 58:45 time? I couldn’t find it on your YouTube but this seems an incredible time with our current knowledge of the game.
That sucks you haven’t got your physical copy to work after all that troubleshooting. I run the Dreamcast version but @ErSykZer has the files of the full PC version that he could send to you over Discord. We hope this doesn’t discourage you from continuing your speedruns.
Hey this account that submitted the run is just a fan account, the real one is here @penguinz0 if you could change it please

Thanks for allowing the run on here, I know he does these things without checking the board first LUL
This got submitterd by a fan, some random made an account called @CR1T1K4L but the real account is @penguinz0
Please edit the run and change the name
I've heard of people speedrunning this type of run, is there a site for these runs? A way to transfer these runs to here?

I think the PS4 is just a 1080p remake of the PSP version with no real differences other than loading times which I find slower on PS4.
The annoying thing about LocoRoco and Patapon remasters is while the gameplay is 1080p, the cutscenes are still the same PSP low resolution ones.
I’ve played through both the PSP and PS4 versions to completion and for Any% they seem identical, why split the boards? An example would be the Patapon remasters not splitting the board because these games are simply HD remasters
It's listed as JP NES but from his bloopers video I can see that he's running on WiiUVC:
Look at 2:46, 3:20 etc.
Someone needs to do a Switch run first ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Oh then in that case I think I’ll use my BC PS3 for runs!
Just wanting to make the leaderboard more pleasing to look at so I'm making all difficulties misc. apart from Baby (easiest difficulty on console) and Easy (easiest difficulty on arcade).
The game doesn't have a lot of interest in the first place so hopefully now this will remove the clutter.
For runs that are 5+ years old then some people used a flash requiring player, unfortunately I don’t know of any work around but considering it was a semi blind race then I’m sure the WR is beatable
For general info the latest model PS2 (9000 model) has the fastest loads of all PS2 models and I think PS3 is on par or a hair faster than that model. There's 2 types of BC PS3, one that has real hardware and one that emulates (think 80GB is the emulator one) however GCN is still superior and again you're just learning the game so don't freak out over loads just yet :)
