As you may know, some hidden items have conditions to be fetched.

And hidden ninjutsu in 7-2 is one of them. I don't quite know the condition of hidden item. Some youtube video says to go upper platform. But it seems that's not all. I'm trying to replicate that in TAStudio. Unfortunately going upper or lower platform didn't help at all.

Do someone actually know the condition of this hidden item?
