I 12 eye isn't impossible, ibxtoycat showed a 12 eye seed. But this isn't a good idea, because having that 12 eye seed or at minimum 10 eyes (because you can get one or two ender eyes from chests) would make it hard and mostly annoying, especially with a random seed

It's a cool concept, that I've heard from many others, but probably not a good idea to add.
