California, USAHi, this is a known issue. I believe that it's an issue on Paypal's side, and I believe that Pac is looking into the issue. It may have been fixed, but I'm not 100% sure.

I'm not really 100% sure why your original account got banned in the first place, and to be honest, I really don't care. You have proven time and time again that you are not worthy of having an account on this site for the following reasons:
- You have created multiple alternate accounts to get around a ban (ban evasion, which is not allowed).
- Nearly all of the multiple accounts that you have created have been along the lines of "GyooAndPacSuck" or something juvenile like that. I really shouldn't have to explain why this is a problem, so I won't.
- With this particular account, you are going in to people's introduction threads and actively encouraging them to leave the site. I know they won't believe you since your account is barely 2 hours old, but unfortunately some people might.
This can also be qualified as some level of harassment, which I am going to assume is illegal.
Now I will address your points made in the OP.

As for me, I was 45 minutes ahead (in a run that took me 3 hours to do) going into the final mission today and the carbon monoxide alarm went off so I shut the game off (choosing life over a PB) and it turned out to be a false alarm (batteries). So that was really annoying. But I went on a bike ride which felt really good.
It's a known issue, but the priority to fix it is very low at the moment.
If you are referring to my post about Burglaries, that was a meme, and no offense but you would have to be pretty full of yourself to not see that I was mirroring the ridiculousness of your post about the "offensiveness" of the rules with my own.
