We have duke fishron on the main board, so that's basically the same run.
Probably don't use an AFK. But similar to what Rezdro said, you can party someone who doesn't meet the level requirement and they won't get warped in.
Low FPS can cause the game to literally run slower, which is likely only a disadvantage. I believe using the option Frame Skip ON should fix this, so use that to be safe.
Seed based runs are fine - basically every run on the board is heavily reliant on seed rng. Cooked fish% is a silly category that was made a while ago based on a community meme, and no one runs it anymore. This proposed category being very similar would probably end up the same.

Best route would probably be fruit and a living wood toilet. Funny category but doesn't sound interesting to run.
So you want a Calamity all bosses category on the tmodloader board? I think that can very likely be added, but it's up to the mods on that board. I'll go ahead and ask them about it.
NG+ is literally a category, with the goal of killing moonlord on a fresh world, it's on the Category Extensions board. As for individual bossfights, probably not going to happen. The records would be 1 tick kills anyway, look at MappyGaming on Youtube.
Probably boring, basically just requires you to find bombs, or bars in chests.
99% of our runners play on PC, however we do accept other platforms as long as they are on a modern version. We don't see any reason to have a distinction between platforms.
