Short little announcement that doesn't apply to most people, but from now on, any catastrophic or above NEAT completions on PC must use Nohboard to be verified. This is due to the difficulty of the NEAT and it generally being easier to verify if it's a legit completion or not.

i think this will still get accepted but just letting you know you shouldnt use any items in general during speedruns especially not healing items
