I know that there is the FriendlyBaron speedrun guide but I want to know if there is another or should i watch that or watch speedrun runs and practice chapter by chapter

So I have pretty bad internet with like 1 mbps so like a 10gb video file would never be uploaded so I want to know if i upload a 480p will it still count in the leaderboard.

I just want to ask if somebody has good obs settings where they record 720p and like a 8 hour video is at a small size and if rendering makes it even smaller ? If you understand xd
