Hello, it's been 3 weeks since I submitted a request for records to https://www.speedrun.com/nt2 and it's not approved for execution. The moderators have not been online for two and four months, respectively, and the SNS is non-existent or inactive. Is it possible for me to be a moderator?

That's good to hear! As you may already know, you can freely assign keys by pressing F1 key (I use the same assignment because I also do the speedrun of the witch's house).
