That was my bad I took the evidence that was given at hand at the time and didn't look any deeper, I didn't get to see the run and actually gonna watch it once I get home, although I'm very curious which parts exactly like time stamp-wise were suspicious, @Brapchu anyone can come out of anywhere and do well with a game, just because someone uploads a video at a certain time doesn't mean they literally just started then, I have a "new" person that's been running deadcore who just recently started posting and shreds the game, but he's been playing for a while and only just started posting runs, I'm not defending anyone, but stating it's not always that simple

Someone can test it with one of the speed run levels like alpha or beta or something to make sure and then once we know it won't affect leaderboards we can add it back

@Brapchu I'm curious how you know he still runs the game and all that? I'm not trying to call out or anything and I might be looking in the wrong places but lagmastr hasn't posted any runs at all since 2014 which is his run on sr.com at least on YouTube and you don't seem to have the person followed on twitter

Unless multiple people are accusing it of being suspicious, I don't think you should really worry about it, it could be just some random posting about it. You should definitely get on that mod status though regardless, after 4 months it seems improbable that they would come back, especially with 1 run and 0 posts

Ehh, I don't think there's any reason to message him as that run he did for that was actually a year ago I remember, maybe even longer ago because it was from when I first started this game, plus he can't take the run down or anything of that nature.. I think I'm gonna take down that resource as I don't want anyone abusing it now that I know what it is capable of and that it saves on leaderboards

Go to the pending actions tab and view all, then click on your run and at the top right will be three vertical dots, click on that and you can edit the submission

Ahhhhh we found the culprit!! I haven't gotten to use it yet and was curious how fast it made you go and such, now we gotta find genericskid and give him a stern headshake of disapproval, that's a shame too I wanted to make that into a modded category if it really didn't affect the leaderboards but seeing that it would then promoting the use of it while making everyone's PBs unreasonably quick just for the sake of a speed run would be a douchey thing to do to everyone else that runs the game in general and want to get good times

or you can post a download link and I'll add it, whichever, but I'm about to be on my way to work so it might be quicker for you to submit something random for me to verify then you upload the resource

Yeah I think you could add it as a resource under tools for anyone that wants to practice their megajumps and anything else anyone else wants to practice, I'm not too concerned personally with it affecting the in-game leaderboards as some people have already cheated it anyways

If you want you can always run the run through expression encoder 4 and add the timer into it and get the exact frame to start and stop too

It depends on what the moderators want, it's not absolute that you have to have a timer shown (unless the mods say so plus it's more convenient for them)

If someone runs/has a run prepared I'll add that in as a category, I doubt anyone would run it as well since we don't even have any speedrun runs up at the moment, so I'll wait and see to put that up

Does this count for Boss Endurance as well??

You should contact the moderator of the game about that, nobody can really do anything about it from the general Speedrunning forums

I got it, working on it right now, the only thing that'll be time consuming about it is moving all the runs, once I get all the runs where they should be I'll name the main categories back to NG Any% and NG+ and such, just so I don't get mixed up when moving runs
