Yes I think so. It makes a more accurate time stop instead of having to wait for the cutscene to play out

Hey I just wanted to have a small recap on the rules for Chapter V. Is it still acceptable to set the starting weapons to the weapons of your choice, but have it be RNG based for the rest of the chapter?
