Did quitting out at the start of chapter 2 cause the ghoul not to spawn?

I just had a wr pace run and lost it due to bad rng on chapter 4 with the ghoul not despawning on the first staircase trick. Rip.

Nice run, I’ll do some more practice and see if I can get more consistent. I only started running yesterday so my consistency isn’t great. I look forward to some competition for these runs :)
