In Arkusama's Act 2 run, it looks like he/she/they somehow opened the door in 6-7 seconds, doesn't it usually take nearly 10? How is that possible?

In the cutscene where the neighbor captures you in front of the window, in the speedruns, they can move, yet i can't. I've tried using UUU but that didn't seem to work so how do i do it.
